Return Policy
You are requested to read the return, replace and refund policy:
- Customers can claim return and replacement products if the product received is unsealed or damaged. If none of these conditions are met, the company reserves the right to decline a return or replacement.
- Returns should be done within 5 days of the product purchase and through our customer services team info@ushega.com
- Replacements can only be done if the product is available in stock.
- In case of a replacement, the customer has to cover the cost of delivery.
- The return and replace policy are not applicable to the items that are purchased on the sale.
